How it works:

Step 1
  • Click Contact Us to fill out the form.
  • Schedule your 30-minute complimentary consultation.


  • The Zoom is to get more details about what you want and like about travel, as well as go over what to expect.
  • It is also to make sure we are both comfortable and a good fit to work together.


  • After the consultation, I will send the Terms and Conditions for review and signature as our agreement.
    I will send a Retainer fee payment authorization, and then an invoice for fee payment.


  • Then we start to work together on this trip!

Step 2
  • Expect a few forms and questions to narrow down our focus for researching and finding the best plan for your trip.
  • Once I receive those, I will create a proposal with up to 3 options max, but typically only 1 or 2, within a few days.
  • Minor changes/updates are fine, anything major may incur additional fees.

  • After you approve a proposal and indicate whether or not you are purchasing or providing Trip Protection Insurance, I will start sending credit card authorizations and booking those trip elements.

Step 3
  • After everything is booked and/or confirmed, you will receive a copy of your itinerary as well as access to the App to view it anytime.
  • I will email from time to time with any updates or deadlines for any items that cannot be booked initially.
  • The itinerary will have anything I can find on the destination attached, such as maps, international requirements, weather, helpful information to make your life easier.
  • Prior to your travel date, I will be in touch more often with updates and travel documents added to your App portal.
  • While traveling, I put your number in my phone as a priority in case of emergencies.  Any other inquiries will be addressed during business hours.

After you approve a proposal, I get it booked and take care of as many details as I am able to.
You receive a detailed itinerary accessible by an App or pdf and enjoy your trip!
